I saw this in a window of a glass shop and it made me remember, it wasn't that long ago where incentive programs like this were it. It's amazing how far we have to go to get people engaged today. Makes me think, what will it be like in another 20 years? What do you think? Feel free to comment. :)

When we switched from traditional scheduling, to an online company, it was amazing! We had a full time manager spend upwards to 2 full days creating a week long schedule. Our phones would ring off the hook daily from employees saying they couldn't make it to work, needed a day off, wanting to switch shifts, etc.

Once we implemented our online software, our manager does what they needs to do in less than a day, the phones stopped ringing, and we didn't have to spend any time training our over 250 employees on how to use the software. They totally got it.

Online scheduling software provides employee interaction amongst them self, easy time off requests, the ability for employees to switch and trade shift (still needing a manager approval) and more.
