Ken has captured the essence of "hard work" at an early age....the teen years. We know that the pre-frontal cortex part of the brain is not fully developed until our mid twenties, however, Ken has encouraged and supported early excellent behavior for our youth to become productive citizens.

The author of the book has a deep first hand understanding of the fundamental differences between today's teens and the teens of previous generation(s). What strikes me the most is how many efforts and actions the author and his team have put in their work environment to experiment their ideas of how to motivate today's teens. As an employer who also works with a lot of teenage employees, I sure share quite a bit of his experience. And I benefited a lot from some of the motivational approaches he shared with us. I would dare to say, if you adopt quarter of what he recommended, the headache of turnover, tardiness, attitude problem and many other issues you might have would be easily solved. I recommended this book to our HR manager and I am sure we will get a lot out of it.
